6NY is an R172K Hawk XP model, equipped with a 6 Cylinder 210 HP Continental, fuel injected IO-360-KB powerplant and a constant speed prop providing performance more commonly found in a typical C182. Recently upgraded with Garmin Avionics and all LED lighting.
Also known as a T-41 Mescalero, these high performance models were used extensively by the US Air Force and Army to train pilots and bridge the gap between basic civilian flight and more complex military aircraft

Custom embroidered fuselage cover and custom Bruce's cowl plugs. In 2017, Exterior was repainted, new upholstery, all interior plastics and windscreens replaced. Ceramic coated in 2022.
